Abstract
The synthesis is reported of the spacer-containing tetrasaccharide α-D-Galp-(1->3)-α- D-Glcp-(1->3)-α-L-Rhap-(1->4)-D-RibOH-(5->phosphate->CH2CH2CH2NH2 (1), using a 2+2 block synthesis approach.
