Abstract
Oligosaccharides obtained from alkali-extractable wheat-flour arabinoxylans by digestion with endo-(1-> 4)-beta-D-xylanase from Aspergillus awamori were fractionated by size-exclusion chromatography on Bio-Gel P-2 followed by high-performance anion-exchange chromatography, and subjected to monosaccharide analysis and 1H NMR spectroscopy.
