Abstract
Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) is rarely diagnosed in childhood. We describe the case of a 9-year-old girl with genetically confirmed ARVC who presented with syncope, ventricular arrhythmia, and biventricular myocardial dysfunction.
