Abstract
A 7-month-old Boxer puppy was referred for growth retardation. Cushing's syndrome was diagnosed based on clinical signs, physical appearance, elevated urine cortisol/creatinine ratios and unsuppressed plasma cortisol after a low dose of dexamethasone.
