Independence, accountability and quality of the judiciary: Improving indicators and surveys

Abstract

The report presents the new version of the survey among the judges of Europe about their independence and accountability. The survey is scheduled for 2021. The report also contains an evaluation of the methodology of the survey. Improved versions of the court user survey on independence and of the quality indicators are presented as well.
