Abstract
We present a patient who presented to our clinic with airway obstruction secondary to oropharygeal cancer. He underwent emergent tracheostomy with JET ventilation, the latter resulting in a "full house" of barotraumatic complications including pneumothorax, pneumomediastinum, pneumoperitoneum, pneumoretroperitoneum and pneumo-scrotum.
