Abstract
Extractions with acetylacetone and diethyldithiocarbamate are described. Through the successive application of these reagents the constituents of biological ashes are concentrated and separated into the groups: (1) MoO4-2, (2) Fe+3, Cu+2 , (3) Mn+2, (4) Zn+2, (5) Pb+2, (6) Co+3 and (7)Na+, K+, Ca+2, Mg+2, S04-2, PO4-3.
