Abstract
Extractions with acetylacetone and diethyldithiocarbamate are described. Through the successive application of these reagents the constituents of biological ashes are concentrated and separated into the groups: (I) MoO4−2, (2) Fe+3, Cu+2, (3) Mn+2, (4) Zn+2, (5) Pb+2, (6) Co+3 and (7) Na+, K+, Ca+2, Mg+2, SO4−2, PO4−3.
