Abstract
The effect was studied of a preovulatory gonadotropic hormone (GTH) surge, induced by pimozide/LHRHa treatment, and of 17α-hydroxyprogesterone on oocyte maturation and ovulation and on the plasma levels of 17α-hydroxyprogesterone, 17α-hydroxy-20β-dihydroprogesterone, testosterone and estradiol.
